Slugburger Capitol of the World!

This was a fun a project researching the background of the Slugburger, then frying some up at home, just as they did back then, in lard. Dad always said nothing’s no good anymore cause they don’t use lard! I made a trip to Gardners Supermarket and purchased the “Old Fashioned Hamburger Mix”, and some lard, patted them out and fried them in my cast iron skillet. I did this twice, (patties too thick first time) I kinda knew more what I was going for after a practice run, and they turned out great! They were quite tasty! Research dedicated to a t-shirt design I had envisioned.
